Gene England Memorial
FH Championship
The Gene England Memorial FH Championship will be held again this year in conjunction with USCA’s annual spring Working Dog Championships. This will be the third annual memorial event in memory of Gene England. Competitors interested in participating in this prestigious annual event will meet/greet and turn in scorebooks to complete their registration on Wednesday evening, May 3rd. The special first-place championship trophy has been designed to honor one of USCA’s most iconic and successful trainers and supporters of the tracking phase of our sport. As a special note, this will be the 32nd anniversary of Gene’s winning (96 points) this event in 1991 among a field of 15 competitors. His influence was very broad across the USCA and should be memorialized. This 2023 third annual event will accept up to only 10 entries that will be provided on a first-come, first served basis based upon receipt of a paid entry. For additional information and registration, look to the USCA website for the 2023 USCA Working Dog Championships.
